The “Pearl” is the largest villa of the complex which spreads at a total area of 108.00 sq.m. It is two-storey and can accommodate up to 7 people.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen featuring traditional furniture, also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with an equipped column of hydro massage (Jacuzzi). On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, which have double beds (which can be split to four single ones upon your request), a bathroom with an equipped column of hydro massage (Jacuzzi) and a wc, inside in one bedroom.
From both rooms the visitor has access to a large terrace to gaze the magnificent view of the Aegean sea, the Venetian castle and the Livadi beach. In addition, the guest can enjoy the captivating view from one room by going out to a small balcony with the wooden paneled railing (characteristic of the island), through a blue traditional balcony door.

The villa is fully air conditioned and features products from leading companies in furniture, lighting, sanitary ware and mattresses (COCOMAT) for the best service and comfortable stay of visitors. Moreover, the “Pearl” offers safes and luggage compartments for better service to tenants.
The villa also has its own parking space and its own private courtyard with undisturbed views towards the sea, the Venetian Castle and Chora.
